HOLIDAY HOME (HH) : HH facility is available for all regular including retired and VRS employee and his/her family members (self, spouse, children and parents) for occupancy of 2 adult and 2 children below 12 years or 3 adults.
The following is a list of Holiday Homes which are available to Employees / Retirees at subsidised rates where the Corporate Employer has a tie up with the hotels / Guest houses. The tie ups could be for one or more rooms. As these are also available to public at usual business rates, the description of these resorts will be useful to any group or individual - the facilities given here are only indicative and it would be upto the hotel / holiday home to provide the same or not, depending on their contracted terms etc.
HH, as a subsidised / special facility could be made available by the Corporate employer for employees /retirees and his/her family members (self, spouse, children and dependent parents). Staff members would be required to produce their identity card and allotment letter during check in. The intimation regarding cancellation of HH allotment should be sent to HH section / dept. at least 7 days prior to the date of visit. In case of Delayed cancellation or No Show at the hotel, then penal charges could be recovered as per rules.
Staff members are not permitted to join any special activity/ programme organised by the hotel during Diwali/ Xmas/ New Year etc. If permitted by the hotel, differential charges could be recovered from the concerned staff.
